Hickstead, England – July 26, 2019 – Amanda Derbyshire (GBR) and Oasis Spirit won the €8,000 Bunn Leisure International Stakes CSI 5* last Friday during the Longines Royal International Horse Show CSIO 5* at the All England Jumping Course – Hickstead in England.
The Brit and the 9-year-old bay Irish Sport Horse mare (Cobra – Ballycapple Merry Breeze) were victorious in teh 1.45m speed challenge, claiming top honors after a fault-free performance in 60.59 seconds.
It was a one-two for the host nation as Jessica Mendoza (GBR) and Dollar Girl 46 (Dollar du Murier x Escudo I) teamed up for a clean run in 61.49 seconds.
Catherine Tyree (USA) and BEC Lorenzo (Livello x Guidam) completed the podium backed by a penalty-free effort in 62.74 seconds.
