Berlin, Germany – July 28, 2019 – Ludger Beerbaum (GER) and Casello won the €93,300 Second GCL Individual Class CSI 5* last Saturday during the Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT) of Berlin CSI 5* in Germany.

The German and the 9-year-old bay Holsteiner gelding (Casall x Coronado) triumphed in the 1.60m speed challenge by leaving all the poles up for no penalties and stopping the timers in 63.32 seconds.

Margie Goldstein-Engle (USA) and Dicas (Diarado x Cassini I) were hot on the heels of the eventual winners, finishing second due to their time of 63.53 seconds.

Dani Goldstein Waldman (ISR) and Lizziemary (Cabri d’Elle x Acord II) completed the podium backed by a penalty-free performance in 64.71 seconds.
