The Dutchman and the 9-year-old bay Zangersheide gelding (Numero Uno x Wellington) victory is often in sight and that is what happened today in the Grand Prix CSI 2* (1.45m).
They had won all three classes for eight-year-olds last year in Valkenswaard and last weekend they won the Grand Prix in Knokke, Belgium.
Andres Vereecke (BEL) finished runner-up with Igor van de Wittemoere (Cooper v. Heffinck x Orlando), registering no penalties in 69.86 seconds.
Alberto Zorzi (ITA) with Cinsey (Contendro I x For Pleasure) earned bronze honors backed by a penalty-free performance in 72.36 seconds.
