Cannes, France – June 08, 2019 – Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) and Prinz 1293 won the €93,750 Second GCL Individual Class CSI 5* last Saturday during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Cannes CSI 5* in Cannes, France.

The German and the 11-year-old chestnut Hannoverian gelding (Perigueux x Escudo 19) cleared all the 1.55m/1.60m obstacles on the course before crossing the finish line in 68.66 seconds for the victory.

Ben Maher (GBR) and Explosion W (Chacco-Blue x Baloubet du Rouet) were much slower, still earning silver honors after a penalty-free run in 72.69 seconds.

Scott Brash (GBR) and Hello Mr. President (Comme d’Api Jr.) completed the podium backed by a clean scorecard and a time of 74.04 seconds.
