Wiesbaden, Germany – June 09, 2019 – Harrie Smolders (NED) and Zinius won the €52,000 Minister President of Hessen Prize CSI 4* yesterday during the Longines PfingstTurnier Wiesbaden CSI 4* in Wiesbaden, Germany.

The Dutchman and the 15-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood gelding (Nabab de Reve x Kannan) were supreme in the 1.55m obstacles, registering no penalties and a time of 43.88 seconds during the tiebreaker.

Hikari Yoshizawa (JPN) and Contrato (Caretino x Quinar) claimed silver honors after completing their second flawless performance, stopping the jump-off timers in 44.99 seconds.

Peter Moloney (IRL) and Compelling Z (Chellano Z x Carthago Z) rounded out the top three with a clean scorecard and a final time of 45.75 seconds.
