
Arturo Parada Vallejo (MEX) and Cornet’s Dream won the MXN $545,700 Clasico Audi Scappino CSI 4* last Sunday during the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Guadalajara CSI 4*-W in Mexico.
The Mexican and the 14-year-old grey Westphalian stallion (Cornet Obolensky x Cordobes I) claimed top honors in the 1.45m class after posting the fastest clear performance amongst nine other combinations, timed in 39.81 seconds during the jump-off.
Juan Manuel Luzardo (URU) and Dalien Swally R.P. (Indoctro x Lupicor) finished second, registering no penalties and a final time of 40.53 seconds.
Martin Alejandro Jimenez Valdivia (MEX) and Bingo Ste. Hermelle (Number One Diso x Diamant de Semilly) managed to secure the third spot on the podium without having any penalties attributed to them, crossing the finish line in 41.65 seconds during the tiebreaker.
