
Marlon Módolo Zanotelli (BRA) and VDL Edgar M won the KR $325,000 Stockholm Trophy CSI 4* earlier today during the Sweden International Horse Show CSI 4* in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Brazilian and the 9-year-old chestnut Dutch Warmblood gelding (Arezzo x VDL x Marlon) secured the victory in the jump-off by clearing all the 1.45m obstacles for the second time, stopping the timers in 34.77 seconds.
Irma Karlsson (SWE) and Balahe (Baloubet du Rouet x Flamingo) were the runners-up, matching the winners’ two clean performances, finishing behind only due to their final time of 35.27 seconds.
Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) & Peter Pan (Perigueux x Escudo 19) rounded out the top three, registering no penalties and a time of 35.80 seconds during the tiebreaker.
