Pim Mulder (NED) & Djoost Again won the €75,050 Grand Prix of Vechtdal CSI 4*, powered by Handelshuis Schuttert in Ommen, Overijssel, The Netherlands.
The Dutchman and the 10-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood gelding (Cantos x Joost) were victorious in the 1.60m challenge by leaving all the poles up for no penalties and stopping the timers in 38.15 seconds during the tiebreaker.
Douglas Lindelow (SWE) & Zacramento (Cardento x Cortus) claimed second place as the only other combination that registered a clean scorecard, crossing the finish line in 38.68 seconds in the decisive phase.
Stephanie Holmén (SWE) & Flip’s Little Sparrow (Cardento 933 x Robin Z 723) had one rail down in the jump-off and a time of 38.94 seconds, still securing third place as the only other combination that had qualified for the jump-off.
