The London Knights have increased their margin of lead over all other teams in the 2018 Global Champions League standings after earning their second consecutive victory yesterday during the Global Champions League of Madrid at the Campo de Villa Madrid in Spain.

As we reported yesterday, the team’s two combinations were simply brilliant during round 2 of the team challenge. Both Ben Maher (GBR) & Explosion W (Chacco Blue x Baloubet du Rouet) and Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) & H&M Harley van den Bisschop (Dulf van den Bisschop x Coronado) registered penalty-free performances, giving the team from London a total of only four penalty-points and the win.

After finishing in eighth place in Madrid, the Valkenswaard United added 14 points to their score, sitting in second place with 76 points.

The Berlin Eagles’ fourth place gave them a total of 65 points, skyrocketing them from seventh to third place heading to the showdown this week in Hamburg, Germany.
