Quanwei Meng (CHN) & Chronos van Sappenlen Z won the CNY $240,000 Longines Grand Prix CSI 2*-W last Tuesday during the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ – China League in Tianjin, China.

The Chinese and the 14-year-old grey Zangersheide gelding (Contendro x Cruising) took the lead for good in the 1.50m jump-off challenge by leaving all the poles up for the second time, crossing the finish line in 39.37 seconds.

Rima Da (CHN) & F matched the winners’ double clear but had to settle for second after completing their jump-off performance in 41.29 seconds.

Tongyang Liu (CHN) & Ku Bu Qi completed the all-Chinese ‘trifecta’ with no penalties and a time of 41.44 seconds during the tiebreaker.
