
Scott Brash (GBR) has retained his overall lead in the 2018 Longines Global Champions Tour standings after a tenth-place finish in the €300,000 Longines Grand Prix of Miami Beach CSI 5* last Saturday. As a result, the Brit added 27 points to his previous score of 40 from the win in the first leg in Mexico City.
Now, Brash leads the standings with a total of 67 points, just seven points ahead of Pieter Devos (BEL) who was consistent once again, registering 33 points in Miami Beach due to a fourth-place finish aboard Claire Z (Clearway x Coronado).
Edwina Tops-Alexander’s (AUS) victory last Saturday put her in the title chase, making the biggest climb in the leaderboard all the way up to third place with a total of 54 points.
