Guillaume Foutrier (FRA) & Valdocco des Caps won the Gold 4 two-phase class yesterday during the Toscana Tour CSI 4* at the Arezzo Equestrian Centre in Arezzo, Italy.
The Frenchman and the 9-year-old bay Selle Français gelding (Number One d’Iso x Quidam de Revel) soared over all the 1.45m high poles on both phases of the challenge, completing the second part in 25.96 seconds for the victory.
Giampiero Garofalo (ITA) & Scara Mouche (Calvaro x Super de Bourriere) finished second after a penalty-free performance, stopping the final two timers in 26.53 seconds.
Michael Cristofoletti (ITA) & Debalia (Zurich x Monaco) rounded out the top three with no penalties, just five-hundredths of a second slower than the latter two.
