Calgary, Canada – September 12, 2026 – Nayel Nassar (EGY) and Ivory TCS delivered a winning performance at Spruce Meadows, taking the $65,217 Friends of the Meadows Grand Prix CSI 2* during the 2026 Masters Tournament CSIO 5* & CSI 2*. The Egyptian rider and the Evergate Stables’ 12-year-old Dutch Warmblood mare (Falaise de Muze x Ukato) produced two fault-free performances, stopping the jump-off timers in 39.60 seconds to claim the top prize.

Nassar and Ivory TCS were pushed all the way by American rider Tori Corts (USA) and Semi Automatic. Corts also kept all the rails up in both rounds, finishing just 0.14 seconds behind the winners in 39.74 seconds. The result underlined the fine margins in a competitive jump-off, with both combinations completing the decisive round without adding a single penalty.

The battle for the podium remained tight as Vaclav Stanek (CZE) and Langley secured third place for the Czech Republic. The pair matched the two leading combinations with another double-clear performance, crossing the finish line in 40.02 seconds. Stanek therefore finished only 0.42 seconds off the winning time, completing a closely fought top three in the 1.45m Grand Prix.

For Nassar and Ivory TCS, the victory added another highlight to an already impressive week at the Spruce Meadows Masters. The mare, by Falaise de Muze and out of a mare by Ukato, had also carried Nassar to victory in the 1.45m Paramount Resources Cup earlier in the tournament. Their second win together at the prestigious Canadian venue confirmed a partnership in outstanding form and put the Egyptian combination firmly in the spotlight.
