Mรขcon Chaintrรฉ, France โ May 23, 2026 โ At the end of the afternoon today, the โฌ30,000 Mon Carton de Vin Prize CSI 4* , rated at 1.50m and contested at scale A on the clock with a jump-off, brought together forty-nine combinations for the first round. In front of the Mรขcon public, it was ultimately Dylan Levallois (FRA) who won at breakneck speed, ahead of Roger-Yves Bost and the Irishman Mark McAuley (IRL).
A Selective First Round, a Jump-off at High Speed!
Among the many champions at the start, nine easily took up the challenge proposed in the first round by the French course manager Cรฉdric Longis (FRA). Thirteen finished with four points for a small mistake over obstacles, like the Brazilian Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA), victorious yesterday, in the saddle today on Hermรจs GEM, or the Briton John Whitaker (GBR), associated here with Cornets Olona. Balanced dosage therefore, for the course manager Cรฉdric Longis, in this first round.

Starting as the opener in the jump-off, the Irishman Denis Lynch (IRL), winner of the previous event and associated this evening with Junius vd Heffinck Z signed a new double clear round, in 41.46 seconds. A stopwatch that the Frenchman Dylan Levallois (FRA) would immediately lower by more than three seconds. Launched on his bubbling Hawaii Semilly, he finished in 38.25 seconds.

He would never be caught. Neither by Olivier Perreau (FRA) and his Leopard de Joanins Z (40”60), nor even by “Bosty the rocket” aka Roger-Yves Bost, who returned in 38.64 seconds and who still grabbed a good second place with Castleforbes Gillian.

The Irishman Mark McAuley (IRL), for his part, completed his final in 39.71 seconds, synonymous with third place, at the controls of Clooney van SpalbeekZ.

Dylan Levallois (FRA) โ Winner of the โฌ30,000 Mon Carton de Vin Prize CSI 4* -1.50m
โIโm excited to win with Hawaii tonight. I have been riding her since she was seven years old. She is a mare full of energy, with a lot of character. It took us a little while to become a couple but right now she’s just fantastic. She jumped her first 1.50 meter in the Grand National only a fortnight ago. Her victory today was not really expected but I am delighted with it. The first round was well suited for little action. The jump-off was quite smooth, it is so good and fast that I can gallop everywhere. I came here a few years ago for the French Young Senior Championships then for the CSI 3*โฆ I am very happy to be back here. Everything is there to do a good job. It’s great.”
Roger-Yves Bost (FRA)
โIt was a very good event and the jump-off was very fluid. I am very happy with Castlebforbes Gillian. Today she did the first 1.50 meter of her life and her first event of the week. She will only do this one besides, I had bet on this test. I did well. This mare is a daughter of Libertine who will progress further in the coming years, I am sure. We are so happy to be here! The setting is fantastic, as I said earlier, the horses are welcomed in exemplary comfort and today there were lots of people. The public participated in the jump-off, itโs always a pleasure! Thanks !”
Mark McAuley (IRL)
โI am very happy with Clooney Van Spalbeek Z. He is a young nine-year-old horse, he is just starting to compete at this level. Yesterday, he had already been in the jump-off. It was probably the first time in his life that he had to go fast and today he finished second (smile)! He may not be quite with me to win yet but I’m very happy with him. It was a great test!”
