Doha, Qatar – January 03, 2026 – After being denied victory in the first contest against the clock at the 2026 Doha Equestrian Tour, Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) and Vasco 118 triumphed in the €29,000 Speed Challenge CSI 4* on Saturday, a part of the 2026 H.H. The Father Amir’s Prix CSI 4* & CSI 2* at Al Shaqab.

The Italian and the 2014 dark bay Mecklenburg stallion (Vivant x Chacco-Blue) laid down the gauntlet, leaving no chance to the competition after crossing the timers in 65.34 seconds.

It was a one-two for the Italians as Roberto Previtali (ITA) rode Chaquano PS towards second place in 67.33 seconds.

Gerfried Puck (ITA) and Idiaal Special H.J. left all the poles up too, registering no penalties in 68.47 seconds.

1) Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) & Vasco 118 – 0 – 65.34

2) Roberto Previtali (ITA) & Chaquano PS – 0 – 67.33

3) Gerfried Puck (ITA) & Idiaal Special H.J. – 0 – 68.47
