
Deauville, France – August 16, 2025 – French on Fire! After winning the first two feature classes the previous 2 days, France was back on the podium on Saturday at the Longines Deauville Classic CSI 4*. For the third time, a different combination: Julien Épaillard (FRA) and Easy Up de Grandry were responsible for the feat, claiming the €28,900 Grand Prix Range Rover CSI 4*.

Going up against 12 other combinations in the tiebreaker, Épaillard excelled aboard the 11-year-old chestnut Selle Français gelding (Jarnac x For Pleasure), securing first place in 34.28 seconds.
Jérôme Guery (BEL) and Qartouche de La Pomme d’Or were the closest ones, matching the clean scorecard of the winning duo while completing their jump-off round in 34.62 seconds.
Marlon Módolo Zanotelli (BRA) and Gloria Massuere galloped toward bronze honors in flawless fashion too, rounding out the top three in 34.94 seconds.
