Hickstead, England – July 24, 2025 – It’s showtime for showjumping at the All England Jumping Course – Hickstead with the running of the Agria Royal International Horse Show CSIO 5* in England this week. National pride will be on the line on Friday as Great Britain goes for third victory in a row on home soil, going up against Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates. The Whitaker family, the most traditional name in the sport, will be represented by the likes of John, Robert, William, Donald and Joe Whitaker.

Moreover, Ben Maher (GBR), Sameh El Dahan (GBR), Guy Williams (GBR), Laura Renwick (GBR), Matthew Sampson (GBR) will give the Brits a very strong chance of winning classes against fierce competition: Marcus Ehning (GER), Cian O’Connor (IRL), Niels Bruynseels (BEL), Olivier Philippaerts (BEL), Pénélope Leprévost (FRA), Sanne Thijssen (NED), amongst others…
