
Calgary, Canada – July 03, 2025 – The $35,000 Friends of the Meadows CSI 5* got the ball rolling earlier today on the International Ring for Thursday of the ‘North American’ Tournament CSI 5* & CSI 2*. Ten horse/rider combinations jumped the first round clear, qualifying for the jump off.
Jordan Coyle (IRL) has had a fantastic summer at Spruce Meadows and added to his resume of 5* victories crossing the finish line clear in a time of 40.35 seconds. This win marked Coyle’s fifth 5* victory of this tournament season.
The Irishman was closely followed by Kyle King (USA) and SIG Chiari, who finished second with no penalties and the final time of 40.85 seconds.
Ireland almost scored another one-two at Spruce Meadows. However this time Irish rider bookended the podium as Conor Swail (IRL) and Qoreen Van’t Ruytershof conquered bronze honors in 41.36 seconds.
