
Opglabbeek, Belgium – June 15, 2025 – A busy week of top sport concluded on Sunday at Sentower Park with the running of the €105,625 Team H5 Grand Prix CSI 4*. Fifty combinations lined up for the first round of the 1.55m jump-off challenge. Eighteen of them advanced to the tiebreaker of the highly contested class. In the end, it was Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) who claimed top honors with Derby de Riverland.
Philippaerts and the 12-year-old Selle Français gelding (Kannan x L’Arc de Triomphe) were supreme by posting their second penalty-free performance of the contest, crossing the finish line in 37.69 seconds.
The dynamic duo finished just ahead of Lorenzo de Luca (ITA) and Mangoon, who matched the two clean rounds of the winenrs, earning silver honors in 38,28 seconds.
Petronella Andersson (SWE) aced the course twice too aboard Olympke Van’t Merelsnest (Vigo d’Arsouilles x Quick Star), rounding out the top three in 38.30 seconds.
