
Lido di Camaiore, Versilia, Italy – May 11, 2025 – The inaugural edition of the Longines Versilia Horse Show CSI 4*, presented by Giorgio Armani came to an end and Giulia Martinengo Marquet (ITA) made Italians proud by winning the €165,500 Giorgio Armani Grand Prix CSI 4* presented by Longines.

She teamed up with Captain Morgan Weering Z, a 10-year-old bay Zangersheide gelding (Carrera VDL x Arezzo VDL), completing the first round course of the 1.55m challenge in flawless fashion to advance to the tiebreaker along with 7 other combinations. In the jump-off, the dynamic dazzled again before their countrymen, securing the win in 43.32 seconds.
Aurelien Leroy (FRA) and Vendome d’Ick were right on the heels of the winners, finishing just fourteen-hundredths of a second behind.
Celine Schoonbroodt de Azevedo (BEL) and Clinto T Z conquered bronze honors backed by a clean scorecard and a final time of 44.60 seconds.
