Vejer de la Frontera, Spain – March 15, 2025 – A fantastic Friday fell upon rider and horses at the 2025 Andalucía Sunshine Tour CSI 4*. The big 1.50m ranking class was the €29,500 Estrella Galicia Trophy CSI 4*, held in the grass David Broome arena. In the end, it was Rogier Linssen (NED) who was declared the winner with Moneypenny, owned by Esperanza Imports. 

The Dutchman the 10-year-old bay Spanish Sport Horse mare (Sea Coast Don’t Touch Tiji) stopped the timers in 66.77 seconds, taking the lead for good from the early  leader of the class, the Brazilian, João Víctor Castro (BRA) with another 10-year-old, Provence van het Bovenlos (Kannan x Berlin) who had crossed the finis line in 67.29 seconds.

These were the only two clears in under 70s. Third place was claimed Jessica Burke (IRL) with Express Trend (Future Trend x Condios), registering no penalties in 70.31 seconds.

1) Rogier Linssen (NED) & Moneypenny – 0 – 66.77

2) João Víctor Castro (BRA) & Provence van het Bovenlos – 0 – 67.29

3) Jessica Burke (IRL) & Express Trend – 0 – 70.31
