
Vejer de la Frontera, Spain โ February 28, 2025 โ Competition shifted to a higher gear on Friday at the 2025 Andalucรญa Sunshine Tour with the running of the most important class so far this week at the venue. In just 63.54 seconds, a regular competitor there, Jodie Hall McAteer (GBR) and her 15-year-old mare Kimosa Van Het Kritrahof (Chatman x Eros Platiere) won the โฌ28,600 Longines Ranking Speed Challenge CSI 2* in fine style.
The class was held in the Millton arena and was hotly contested but Jodie stopped the timers well ahead of her nearest rival, French rider, Olivier Robert (FRA) with Espri du Figuier AA (Upsilon x Ryon DโAnzex) who finished in 64.89 seconds.
The next two places also went to British riders; Chloe Winchester (GBR) with Korlenski (Cornet Obolensky x Mozart del Hayettes) and Ronnie Jones (GBR) with Key West (Otangelo x Phin-Phin). In fifth was Irish rider, Jessica Burke with African Affair (Billy Congo).
