
Madrid, Spain โ November 30, 2024 โ Irish rider Michael Pender (IRL) achieved an impressive victory in the โฌ28,200 Virtus Trophy CSI 5*-W on Saturday at the 2024 IFEMA Madrid Horse Week, after a very fast ride with his horse HHS Vancouver, with a time of 61.95 seconds, which has been enough for him to get on the podium again.

The Austrian Alessandra Reich (AUT), with Galadermie PP Z, also signed a spectacular ride, finishing in 62.74 seconds, which allowed her to take second place.

French rider Philippe Rozier (FRA) completed the podium in third place, with a time of 62.90 seconds riding his mare Dirty Sweer, in a very fast ride that left him just one tenth of a second behind the Austrian rider.

The Virtus Trophy was presented to the winner by Javier Rozas, General Manager of Bodegas Virtus.
