
Casas Novas, Spain โ July 12, 2024 โThe highlight of the day came to Casas Novas with the setting up of the โฌ28,200 Caixabank Trophy CSI 5*, with obstacles set at the height of 1.50m being decided by a jump-off.
An exciting test in which 15 riders qualified for a jump-off where victory was close until the last moment. Finally, it was Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) who won the victory, on a track that he knows perfectly and where he usually gives great performances.

The Dutch rider returned to the podium, after obtaining second place in the NH Collection Trophy CSI 4*, this time in first place by achieving a time of 33.87s with Dywis HH“.
Second place in the big test of the day went to the Portuguese Rodrigo Giesteira Almedia (POR), with a time of 33.93 seconds he was just shy of first place along with Karonia. L.
The podium was completed by the experienced French rider Simon Delestre (FRA), who finished the course in 34.23 seconds with Crack d’Aiguilly Z.
