
Rotterdam, The Netherlands – June 20, 2024 – South American succes in the first jumping competition on Thursday at the 75th CHIO Rotterdam. Argentina’s José María Larocca Jr. takes home the win in the Dura Vermeer Prize, a 1.45m-jumping competition in two phases.
The Argentinian rider managed to stay in the clear in both phases, setting a time of 30.08 in phase two. This proved just too tough for Dutch riders Hessel Hoekstra and Pim Mulder to beat. Hoekstra set a time of 30.14 seconds with Iedita, followed closely by Mulder with Dunaghmore in 30.96 seconds.
