
Oliva Nova, Valencia, Spain – April 19, 2024 – After helping Spain claim Nations Cup victory on home soil last October, Teresa Blázquez – Abascal (ESP) and Nasa de Toxandria showed top form again to thrive in the €28,600 Dammann Reitplatz u. Sportplatzbau Trophy CSI 3* on Friday at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour.

Going head-to-head against 63 other combinations in the 1.45m speed challenge, the Spaniard and the 2013 chestnut Belgian Warmblood mare (Vertigo Saint-Benoit x Chopin van het Moleneind) left the rest of the field behind them in the standings, doing so after a foot-perfect performance around the course before crossing the finish line in 64.79 seconds.
Pål Flam (NOR) and Omonzo DC were not too far away from them, finishing second in 65.14 seconds while Leticia Riva Gil (ESP) & Cadum de Champloue completed the top three in 65.22 seconds.
