Vejer de La Frontera, Spain – October 28, 2023 – A Belgian victory on Spanish soil! The €26,400 Two-Phase Challenge CSIO 3* class was held last Saturday in the main grass arena, David Broome, as one of the two major FEI-level competitions of the day during the Andalucia Sunshine Tour‘s October Tour III. The winner was the world renown Belgian rider, Jérôme Guery with Quality Star Z (Quality Time x ‘Cash’) in 23.72 seconds.
In second place was Brazilian, Felipe Amaral (BRA), going clear all the way to the wire with Forpleasure de Moulin and in 24.33 seconds.
Third place was claimed by Canadian Kyle Timm (CAN) and Casino Calvin, just six-hundredths of a second behind the latter two.
The fourth position on the podium belonged to Ingrid Gjelsten (NOR) with Edgar M and fifth, Paris Sellon (USA) with Attoucha.
