From October 17th to 22nd, 2023, the city of El Jadida will host the 14th edition of this prestigious equestrian event under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. With a rich and diverse program, this new edition is themed ‘The Horse and Sustainable Development.’ This theme highlights and sheds light on the relationship between horses, the equestrian world, and the protection and respect for the environment.
This edition reaffirms the commitment of Le Salon du Cheval d’El Jadida to promote Moroccan equestrian heritage and raise awareness about the importance of sustainability. In this regard, the chosen theme for this edition highlights the role of horses and the equestrian industry in pursuing sustainable development goals. It provides an opportunity to engage in a thoughtful discussion about current practices and explore ways to enhance them, ensuring a sustainable future for all.
A major and unmissable event in promoting the equestrian industry, Le Salon du Cheval d’El Jadida offers an eclectic program this year that will delight both the general public and professionals alike. As in previous years, the Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Jumping Competition, the Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Tbourida, along with other championships for Barb, Arab-Barb, and Purebred Arabian horses, will be among the highlights of the program. Professionals and the general public will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the beauty and agility of the horses while admiring the talent and mastery of the riders.
