Falsterbo, Sweden – July 13, 2023 – Only five-hundredths of a second separated first and second place in the €26,700 Equestrian Stockholm Speed Challenge CSIO 5* last Saturday during the 2023 edition of the Falsterbo Horse Show CSIO 5*. In the end, it was Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) and the 9-year-old Zangersheide Klaartje Z (Kannan x Flipper D’Elle*HN*) who prevailed in the 1.50m speed challenge. The duo were flawless right down to the wire, securing the win in 55.44 seconds.

Swedish equestrian fans saw victory snatched away from Petronella Andersson (SWE) and Odina van Klapscheut (I Am Moerhoeve’s Star x Landor S), who finished second in 55.49 seconds.

The third fastest clean performance of the contest was registered by Mark McAuley (IRL) and GRS Lady Amaro (Amaretto D’Arco x Over The River), rounding out the to three in 55.87 seconds.
