Valkenswaard, The Netherlands – July 07, 2023 – The Longines Tops International Arena, launched its highly anticipated Summer Festival on Friday with action packed competition, thrilling entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. With the spotlight firmly on Irish show jumper Denis Lynch (IRL) and his phenomenal partner Hunter, who triumphed in the €26,200 Speed Challenge CSI 4*, the opening day set the stage for an unforgettable summer of equestrian excellence.
Denis Lynch (IRL) and Hunter (Quintender x El Bundy) showcased their exceptional skill, outperforming a fiercely competitive field to claim victory in the biggest class of the day. Their electrifying performance drew thunderous applause, leaving no doubt that they were a force to be reckoned with. Just over a quarter of a second slower Max Kühner (AUT) and the flashy EIC Cooley Jump the Q had to settle for second while local favorite Harrie Wiering (NED) riding Harley rounded off the podium pushing Kevin Jochems (NED) into fourth on Flying Jackie.
Besides the impressive sporting achievements, the opening day of the Summer Festival unveiled a host of exciting additions to the Longines Tops International Arena.
