Mill Spring, North Carolina, USA – July 02, 2023 – Out of 24 entries, Christina Kelly (IRL) rode three horses into the top four spots in the $25,000 Van Winkle Law Firm Sunday Classic last Sunday at the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) & Resort. She was victorious aboard Caesar, owned by Clayton Russell, with a jump off time of 39.41 seconds.
Kelly (IRL) also claimed the third and fourth places in the class with the Dutch Warmblood mare, Fastday VDL (Quaprice Z x Brunsday VDL), owned by David Artos, and a speedy jump off time of 39.577 seconds.
Moreover, she was fourth with the 2015 Belgian Warmblood, HH Presley Boulevard (Presley Boy x Maybelline), owned by Double H Farm, registering the time of 42.447 seconds in the tiebreaker.
Samuel Parot (CHI) and Zangersheide mare, Cumorka Z (Copin Van De Broy x Unknown), owned by Trinidad Soffia Richard, earned reserve honors with a time of 39.444 seconds in the jump off.
