
Windsor Castle, England – May 10, 2023 – Showjumping is a all about tradition and the noble with England being the birthplace of the modern sport, deriving from the hunting of foxes. Once again, the sport is back to its roots at Windsor Castle with the running of the 2023 edition of the Royal Windsor Horse Show CSI 5* this week.
National pride is on the line as the best of Great Britain go against top riders and horses from across the globe. Having just returned from injury, Ben Maher (GBR) looks to make a triumphant comeback to the high-level. The all-time great is joined by his fellow countrymen, John Whitaker (GBR), Scott Brash (GBR), Harry Charles (GBR), Jack Whitaker (GBR), all going up against an international field that includes Steve Guerdat (SUI), Daniel Deusser (GER), Martin Fuchs (SUI), Kent Farrington (USA), Kevin Staut (FRA), Denis Lynch (IRL), Gregory Wathelet (BEL), Max Kuhner (AUT), Lorenzo de Luca (ITA), amongst others.
