
Wellington, Florida, USA – April 23, 2023 – Following the conclusion of the $146,000 Palm Beach County Sports Commission Grand Prix CSI 3*, the $35,000 Horseware Ireland Grand Prix kicked off. Thirty-two competitors tried their hand at the course, with 11 returning for the jump-off. Besting the field of talent was Alison Robitaille (USA) and Alison Firestone LLC’s Ester de Maugre. The American and the 9-year-old chestnut Selle Français mare (Vigo Cece x Ogano Sitte) were supreme backed by a penalty-free second performance in 31.969 seconds.
The next two highest-placed combinations were also flawless in their two runs and representing the same country, Ireland. Claiming the second place title were Darragh Kenny (IRL) and Heathman Farm LLC’s Hamrah Van Het Exelhof Z, timed in 32.511 seconds while Andrew Bourns (IRL) secured third place aboard his own Sea Topblue, doing so in 32.833 seconds.
