Miami Beach, Florida, USA – April 16, 2023 – As the Longines Global Champions Tour of Miami Beach CSI 5* & CSI 2* came to a close, it was Cassidy Rein (CAN) that took top podium position in the highly competitive €26,200 GCTV Grand Prix of Miami Beach CSI 2*.

Aboard her partner Diablotine Jump (Vivaldi du Seigneur x Grand Cru), the duo were the first of 30 combinations to take to the arena alongside the Atlantic Ocean, on a sunny last day of the event. Despite having no reference, they posted a clean round and were joined in the tiebreaker by six other pairs.

Heading into the jump-off Rein and the Rein Family`s 10-year-old chestnut mare sped round for a time of 41.20, ultimately the only pairing jumping a double clear to secure the win.
Mimi Gochman (USA) and Cosmos BH (Chellano Alpha Z x Artos Z) were over four seconds faster, however their time of 36.89 seconds came at the expense of one pole down and four penalty-points, having to settle for second place.
Heather Caristo-Williams (USA) and Marciano MVF (Stakkato x Leberoi H) completed the podium by having the same score as the previous two, earning bronze honors in 39.35 seconds.
