Vejer de La Frontera, Spain – March 26, 2023 – The XIX Andalucia Sunshine Tour CSI 4* came to an end last Sunday and a familiar face was back on top of the podium in the €28,360 Medium Tour Invitational CSI 4*. The fast class was won by Dutch rider, Sanne Thijssen (NED) and her faithfull partner Con Quidam RB. Actually, this was their third big victory together.

Riding Stal Thijssen`s 17-year-old bay Holsteiner stallion (Quinar Z x Cardino), the Dutch rider dashed towards victory across the finish line in 39.54 seconds, leaving 56 other combinations behind her.

Richard Howley (IRL) and the amazing Mansini LTD (Caressini L x Marramas) came close to earning their fourth straight victory at the renowned event, leaving all the poles up in the tiebreaker while falling just short by five-hundredths of a second, completing their final performance in 39.59 seconds.

Sophie Hinners (GER) and Addressee (Messenger x Chacco Blue) put on a valiant effort, registering a clean scorecard too. The duo had to settle for bronze honors backed by their jump-off run in 40.39 seconds.
