Arezzo, Italy – March 25, 2023 – The 2023 Toscana Tour got off to a great start earlier this week at the Arezzo Equestrian Centre and it was a Swedish rider who stole the spotlight there, winning the feature class on Saturday. Erica Swartz (SWE) and Madonna mastered the course and the competition, topping the €26,900 Gold Tour Speed Challenge CSI 3*.

Out of 76 combinations, Swarts sped towards victory aboard the 2012 chestnut Belgian Warmblood mare (Flamenco de Semilly x Carabas Vd Wateringhoeve), completing the fastest clean round in 71.50 seconds the jackpot.

The closest ones Jörne Sprehe (GER) and Hot Easy (Andiamo Z x Otangelo) were the runners-up, timed in 73.17 seconds while Omer Karaevli (TUR) and Policeman (Perigueux x Acord II) completed the top three in 73.66 seconds.
