
Vejer de La Frontera – February 19, 2023 – Another Super Sunday took at the Sunshine Tour CSI 4* with three grands prix being the highlight of the final day of the second week of competition there. Held in the Hickstead Arena, the €26,500 Small Tour Gran Prix CSI 4* was won by the British rider Henry Turrell (GBR) with Challenger.
A total of 59 combinations took part in the 1.45m challenge but it was the British rider and the 13-year-old bay Westphalian gelding (Corlensky G x Cardento) who rose to the occasion, securing the win after a penalty-free jump-off performance in 35.01 seconds.

Second place was claimed by a duo representing a nation from the Baltics as Aliz Alasztics (HUN) guided Chablis 163 (Cornado NRW x Lamerto H) towards two clean rounds, the decisive one in 35.01 seconds.

British riders took third and fourth places; Sally Hopkinson (GBR) also registered two fault-free performances with Fadograaf (Vigaro x Quasimodo Z), rounding out the top three in 35.48 seconds.
Laura Robinson (GBR) with ‘Greenacres Cristalano’ and in fifth, was Danish rider, Rikke Haastrup (DEN) on ‘Engerupgaards Cashett’.
