Major League Show Jumping Schedule Confirmed for 2023

Toronto, Canada – January 12, 2023 – After two years of successful tours throughout North America, Major League Show Jumping (MLSJ) has confirmed its highly anticipated schedule for 2023. The seasonโ€™s roster includes ten CSI 5* competitions that will span Canada, the United States and Mexico, commencing at Thunderbird Show Park in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on May 25th.

After two seasons, we have grown roots at some of North Americaโ€™s best venues,โ€ said Matthew Morrissey, MLSJ Co-Founder. โ€œAdditionally, the schedule continues to expand and elevate the potential for top sport in all corners of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.โ€

After kicking off in Canada, Major League Show Jumping returns to the premiere event of its inaugural season during the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival in Traverse City, MI. Other top venues from 2021 and 2022 will return to the schedule, including Mexicoโ€™s Club Hรญpico La Silla in Monterrey; as well as Canadaโ€™s Angelstone Tournaments in Toronto, ON, and Michiganโ€™s traditional American Gold Cup.

The Ottawa Equestrian Tournaments venue at Wesley Clover Parks in the Canadian capital city of Ottawa, ON, made a debut as part of the Major League Show Jumping series in 2022 and will once again be one of the coveted stops in Canada.

Joining the Major League Show Jumping schedule for the first time will be CSI Greenwich at the Greenwich Polo Club in Connecticut, USA, and Tryon International Equestrian Center in North Carolina, USA.

The season once again concludes at Californiaโ€™s Desert International Horse Park in December with more than $2.5 million in prize money and AA CSI5* grand prix ranking points on the line. MLSJ โ€“ The Finals will include a $1 Million Individual Final during the first week, and the season culminates with the $1 Million Team Final.

Teams for the 2023 edition of Major League Show Jumping are currently finalizing their rosters. Team rider announcements will be made in the coming weeks.
