Grimaud, France – October 06, 2022 – Giulia Martinengo Marquet (ITA) & Scuderia 1918 Calle Deluxe dashed for the cash and the jackpot in the €25,500 Hubside Speed Challenge CSI 5* on Thursday during the fourth week of the Hubside Jumping Grimaud – Golfe de St. Tropez – Fall Tour CSI 5* & 2* at Haras des Grillons.
The Italian was supreme aboard the 2012 bay Holsteiner gelding (Cesano 2 x Con Air 7), completing the 1.45m course in flawless fashion before crossing the finish line in 65.73 seconds.
Kevin Staut (FRA) and Havanabalia Grand Moustier Z D (Hoegie Van’T Bergske x Acaletto) were the closest ones, the only difference being their time of 66.62 seconds while Darragh Kenny (IRL) and Rockstar (E Star x C Carnute) rounded out the top three with no penalties too, being timed in 66.87 seconds.
