New York, USA – September 22, 2022 – It’s showtime for showjumping to take center stage at the famous Governors Island in New York City. Riders and their flying beasts will take to the skies next to the Statue of Liberty, having the Manhattan skyscrapers as a stunning backdrop for their athletic performances. The penultimate leg of both the 2022 Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT) and Global Champions League (GCL) promise to be decisive in the two championship races.

In Europe, the future of the sport is on display as the best young horses from all over the world have gathered for the 2022 FEI WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championship for Young Horses at Domein Zangersheide. Despite the falling temperatures in other parts of the continent, mild weather and a huje jackpot is being offered during the third week of the Hubside Jumping’s Fall Tour, featuring CSI 5* & 2* classes at Haras des Grillons, near the beautiful coast of St. Tropez.
