Martin Fuchs & The Sinner Fly to the Top in €26,000 Tenute Sella Speed Challenge CSI 4*

Milan, Italy – June 24, 2022 – World number one rider Martin Fuchs (SUI) instantly left his mark on the 2022 Frecciarossa Milano Jumping Cup CSI 4* last Friday at the San Siro Racecourse. The 29-year-old Swiss rider, recently back at the top of the FEI ranking, rode an impeccable round on The Sinner, claiming the win in the €26,000 Tenute Sella Speed Challenge CSI 4*.

The Swiss and the 2008 bay Oldenburg gelding (Sanvaro x Landgold 3) were flawless in the 1.50m challenge, blazing across the timers in 63.82 seconds. “It was a good round,” said Fuchs, “and I have a good chance with him in Sunday’s Grand Prix.”

Steve Guerdat (SUI) & Dynamix de Belheme

Switzerland achieved an ‘en plein’ thanks to its other ace rider, Steve Guerdat (SUI), who finished second riding Dynamix de Belheme ( Snaike de Blondel x Cornet Obolensky), registering no penalties in 64.88 seconds.

Third place was claimed by Austria’s Gerfried Puck (AUT) and Equitron Melody vd Smidshoeve (Epleaser Van T Heike x Thunder Vd Zuuthoeve). The duo left all the poles up for no penalties, crossing the finish line in 66.55 seconds.
