Spruce Meadows, Calgary, Albeerta, Canada – June 9, 2022 – More than 180 of horses completed the FEI veterinarian inspection on Thursday at Spruce Meadows ahead of competitions beginning tomorrow. Ben Asselin (CAN), Kara Chad (CAN) and Mario Deslauriers (CAN) are just a few of the great Canadian riders you can expect to see competing over the next few days of the Founders’ Classic CSI 3* to launch the Spruce Meadows Summer Series. 

Over 75 riders representing 10 nations will compete on the All Canada Ring hoping to qualify for the Friends of the Meadows Grand Prix CSI 3* on Sunday, June 12, 2022. 

While the event is not open to the public, those looking to tune into the action can subscribe to the Official Spruce Meadows Livestream. For $19.75 (+ tax) a per tournament or $99.99 (+tax) for the whole season, fans from all over the world can watch top show jumping happening at Spruce Meadows. Spruce Meadows will open up to show jumping fans starting next week for the ‘National’ CSI 5* & 2*, presented by Rolex from June 16-19, 2022 – Tickets on Sale Now.
