Battle of Madrid Set to Begin as Berlin Eagles & Hamburg Giants are Equal in Points in the Season Standings!

Heading to the fourth leg of the season and first event in Europe the competition couldn’t be any tighter. After their win in Mexico the Hamburg Giants have the same total of points as the Berlin Eagles (68). Competing on home soil, moreover, within striking distance of the first two teams, only seven points behind, the Madrid in Motion look to absorve the energy of the crowd and make things even more exciting at the top of the leaderboard of the championship series. Currently sitting in fourth place, the Saint Tropez Pirates (54 points) seek to make up ground and join the title conversation.

Despite having won the opener in Doha and being one of the favorites in the championship, the Stockholm Hearts (46 points) struggled the last two outings. Their objective is to get the old form through top performances, gaining confidence again for the long summer season.
