Pénélope Leprevost & Verite Une Prince Power Past the Competition in Medium Tour Grand Prix CSI 4*

Vejer de La Frontera, Spain – February 13, 2022 – Pénélope Leprevost (FRA) and Verite Une Prince powered past the competition on Sunday during the first week of the Andalucía Sunshine Tour. The world renowned French rider was the winner of the Medium Tour Grand Prix CSI 4*.

A total of 60 combinations lined-up to challenge the first round course that was supposed to be completed in 80 seconds with Leprévost and the 13-year-old chestnut Selle Français mare (Number One D’Iso x DS Rosire)  being the fastest amongst the thirteen combinations that managed to advance to the tiebreaker of the 1.50m challenge. The dynamic duo powered past all other 12 pairs by completing their penalty-free effort in 39.11 seconds.

Jana Wagers (GER) and Chacco’s Lady 2

Jana Wagers (GER) and Chacco’s Lady 2 (Chacco-Blue mare x‘Indoctro) were just three-tenths of a second slower than the eventual winners, a mark that secured the second spot on the podium for the German rider. 

Gudrun Patteet (BEL) & Sea Coast Donna Z

A former grand prix winner at the venue, once again Gudrun Patteet (BEL) did not disappoint. This time, she rode Sea Coast Donna Z (Diamant de Semilly x C Indoctro) towards bronze honors, backed by two fault-free performances and a final time of 40.53 seconds.
