
Quarteira, Faro, Portugal – October , 2021 – Guy Williams (GBR) and Cicero II reigned supreme in the €51,100 Jump-off Challenge CSI 4* last Saturday during the fourth week of the 2021 Vilamoura Champions Tour at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre.
A total of 14 combinations cleared the first-round 1.50m course, with six of them registering two clean performances. The Brit and the 2007 bay Dutch Warmblood gelding (Cicero Z Van Paemel x Guidam) managed to be the fastest one, securing the win in 30.99 seconds.
Mel Thijssen (NED) and Florida Balia NL (Bustique x Lux Z) were less than three-tenths of a second behind, earning silver honors in 31.24 seconds.
Emanuele Camilli (ITA) and Chaccrouet (Chacco-Blue x Baloubet du Rouet) completed the podium, crossing the finish line in 32.69 seconds during the tiebreaker.
