Eduardo Menezes & H.Big Action Claim €25,400 Hubside Special Two Phase Challenge CSI 5*

Grimaud, France – October 15, 2021 – Eduardo Pereira de Menezes (BRA) was one of the stars of the day at the Hubside Jumping CSI 5*. The Brazilian was outstanding, securing three top three finishes in two five-star classes of the day. Moreover, Menezes enjoyed the satisfaction of a win and indeed, even had a one-three finish in the €25,400 Hubside Special Two Phase Challenge CSI 5*! Riding two other of his horses, H.Big Action and Calypso des Matis, claimed both 1st and 3rd places. 

The Brazilian rode H.Big Action (Kannan x Quaprice Boimargot Quincy) to first by advancing to and completing the second part of the 1.50m challenge flawlessly, registering a final time of 38.19 seconds for the victory.

Belgium slipped into second place thanks to Wilm Vermeir (BEL) and Hotshot (Balougran x Socrate de Chivre), who also registered a clean effort all the way to finish line, being timed in 38.42 seconds at the end of phase two.

Menezes (BRA) guided Calypso des Matis (L’Arc de Triomphe*Bois Margot x Rox de La Touche) towards bronze honors, the only difference aboard his other ride being their final time of 39.21 seconds.
