Kim Emmen & Jack van het Dennehof Jump to Victory in €51,250 Grand Prix CSI 3* at Vilamoura

Quarteira, Faro, Portugal – October 18, 2020 – The second week of the 2020 Vilamoura Champions Tour came to a close on Sunday with Kim Emmen (NED) and Jack van het Dennehof (Toulon x Quidam de Revel) claiming victory in the €51,250 Grand Prix CSI 3* at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre.

Aboard the 11-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding (Toulon x Quidam de Revel), The Dutch rider was able to clear all the 1.50m obstacles before crossing the the finish line in 38.26 seconds during the tiebreaker.

John Whitaker (GBR) and Sharid (Toulon x Vancouleurs) had a solid performance too, earning silver honors in 39.81 seconds.

After a serious injury competing at Aachen, a surgery at the skillful hands of Dr. Jack Snyder, making a miraculous return to high level competition, Babylotte continued to write another chapter of his fairytale story. Under the reins of Yuri Mansur (BRA), the 12-year-old chestnut Hanoverian gelding (Valentino x For Expo) registered a double clear and a final time of 40.20 seconds for bronze honors.
