
Gorla Minore, Italy – October 05, 2020 – Bryan Balsiger (SUI) and Clouzot de Lassus claimed the top spot on the podium by winning the €26,000 Kep Italia Grand Prix CSI 2* yesterday during the final day of the Equieffe Classics at the Equieffe Equestrian Centre.
The battle for the win came down to two Swiss riders with Balsiger and the 12-year-old grey Belgian Sport Horse gelding (Ugano Sitte x Tenor Manciais) registering the fastest clear jump-off effort, timed in 36.66 seconds.
Anthony Bourquard (SUI) and Janus VB (Namelus R x Darco) were the runners’up, going through the jump-off timers in 37.15 seconds.
Sven Fehnl (GER) and Chacco’s Boy (Chacco-Blue x Quattro B) completed the podium with no penalties and a time of 37.30 seconds during the tiebreaker.
