Mill Spring, North Carolina, USA – August 07, 2020 – Taylor Land (USA) and Liroy 30 got off to a great start in the first week of the August Series with a victory in the $15,000 Horseware Welcome Stake yesterday at the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).
Riding the 11-year-old Brandenburg gelding (Levistano x King Kolibri), the American advanced to and completed the jump-off without knocking down any of the poles set at 1.40 meters, going through the timers in 33.565 for the win.

Darragh Kerins (IRL) and Delight M-G C de Leuze also registered a clean scorecard, finishing second due to their final time of 34.816 seconds.
Third place was claimed by Daniel Bedoya (BOL) and Abracadabra WKT, being beaten by the latter two by less than four-hundredths of a second, timed in 34.852 seconds.
