Prague, Czech Republic – June 11, 2020 – This week, Anna Kellnerová (CZE) gives us a quick and simple exercise that she has found invaluable in her training. The exercises uses two small verticals on one stride (around 6 metres between fences), which she usually places on the short side of the arena.
The exercise can be ridden on both reins in a figure of eight movement, working on riding the turn and working on balance around the turn and coming up to fences off a short distance. Anna tells us that the exercise also works on adaptability and is useful for getting a horse ready to compete.
